Step One Refer a Friend – Terms and Conditions (United Kingdom)

These terms and conditions apply to the “Refer a Friend” program (“Program”) of Step One Clothing UK Limited a company registered in England and Wales ("Step One”). Our company registration number is 12571359 and our registered office is at 1 St James Court Whitefriars, Norwich, Norfolk, England, NR3 1RU.  The Program is available from 12.00 AM on 18th of February 2024 to 11.59PM on 31st December 2025 (“Offer Period”), unless terminated earlier by Step One.  

You may refer a friend who: (a) does not have an account with Step One; and (b) has not previously purchased products from Step One; and (c) is at least 18 years at the time of the referral (“Referred Friend”) by signing up to the Program at our webpage at https://uk.stepone.life/pages/refer-a-friend (“Sign Up Process”).  Upon successful completion of the Sign Up Process you will be sent a unique link that you can share with Referred Friends.  When the link is opened by the Referred Friend, the Referred Friend will be offered a discount code that will entitle the Referred Friend to 50% off the displayed price of one pair of Step One underwear (Step One limited edition colours excluded) (“Discount Code”) advertised on the website at https://uk.stepone.life (“Step One Website”).

If the Referred Friend: (a) purchases a pair of Step One underwear from the Step One Website during the Offer Period; and (b) uses the Discount Code, Step One will give you a discount code entitling you to one free pair of Step One underwear (Step One limited edition colours excluded) (“Referrer Discount”).  If the Referred Friend places an order, but then cancels the order, neither you nor the Referred Friend will qualify for any reward.

The Referred Friend understands that by purchasing a Step One product from the Step One Website and using the Discount Code that the Referred Friend consents and agrees to the disclosure of having created a Step One account and the purchase of a Step One product to the person who referred the Referred Friend through this Program.

Step One reserves the right to validate the eligibility of any Referred Friend with respect to whether they are a new customer or as otherwise deemed necessary and may determine any Referred Friend to be ineligible in its sole discretion.

Any promotional discount (including the Discount Code and Referred Discount) from this Program will expire 60 days of being issued to you or the Referred Friend (as applicable) and are one time use only.

You may participate in the Program made available by Step One in order to refer Referred Friends to Step One as potential Step One customers.  To do this, you must necessarily submit personal information about yourself and your Referred Friend, such as name and email address information, so that Step One can send communications to the Referred Friend on your behalf.  The personal information will be collected, processed and used in accordance with Step One’s Privacy Policy. 

If any Step One products have been purchased using this promotional discount and are returned, the maximum amount you or the Referred Friend (as applicable) will be refunded is the amount paid for the Step One product, subject to any applicable refund policies.

Any promotional discount amount: (a) is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other credit and may not be resold or applied to any previously placed orders; and (b) may not be used in conjunction with any other Step One promotion, discounts or special offers.

Step One reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time without prior notice to you.

Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat may be used to advertise or promote the Program. By participating in the Program, you and the Referred Friend agree that the Program is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat; and to release Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat from all liability in relation to the Program. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Program should be directed to Step One and not Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat.

These terms and conditions apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions of Sale, Terms of Use and any other terms and conditions applicable to you.

These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
