Step One Refer a Friend – Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the “Refer a Friend” program (“Program”) of Step One Clothing UK Limited. The Program is available from 12.00 AM on 01st of June, 2022 to 11.59PM on 15th of June 2023 (“Promotion Period”), unless terminated earlier by Step One.

You may refer a friend who: (a) does not have an account with Step One; and (b) has not previously purchased products from Step One (“Referred Friend”) by signing up to the Program at our webpage at https://uk.stepone.life/pages/refer-a-friend (“Sign Up Process”). Upon successful completion of the Sign Up Process you will be sent a unique link that you can share with Referred Friends. When the link is opened by the Referred Friend, the Referred Friend will be offered a discount code that will entitle the Referred Friend to 50% off the displayed price of one pair of Step One underwear (Step One limited edition colours excluded) (“Discount Code”) advertised on the the website at https://uk.stepone.life (“Step One Website”).

If the Referred Friend: (a) purchases a pair of Step One underwear from the Step One Website during the Promotion Period; and (b) uses the Discount Code, Step One will give you a discount code entitling you to one free pair of Step One underwear (Step One limited edition colours excluded) (“Referrer Discount”).

The Referred Friend understands that by purchasing a Step One product from the Step One Website using the Discount Code that the Referred Friend consents and agrees to the disclosure of having created a Step One account and the purchase of a Step One product to the person who referred the Referred Friend through this Program.

Step One reserves the right to validate the eligibility of any Referred Friend with respect to whether they are a new customer or as otherwise deemed necessary and may determine any Referred Friend to be ineligible in its sole discretion.

Any promotional discount (including the Discount Code and Referred Discount) from this Program will expire 30 days of being issued to you or the Referred Friend (as applicable) and are one time use only.

If any Step One products have been purchased using this promotional discount and are returned, the maximum amount you or the Referred Friend (as applicable) will be refunded is the amount paid for the Step One product, subject to any applicable refund policies.

Any promotional discount amount: (a) is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other credit and may not be resold or applied to any previously placed orders; and (b) may not be used in conjunction with any other Step One promotion, discounts or special offers.

Step One reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time without prior notice to you.

These terms and conditions apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions of Sale, Terms of Use and any other terms and conditions applicable to you.
